Effective January 2024, the following service fee adjustments will be implemented as per Resolution No. 17C-S-2023 and Resolution No. 17B-S-2023;
Service Fee Connection: ₱3,000.00 ( Resolution no. 17B-S-2023)
Reconnection Fee: ₱200.00 ( Resolution No. 17C-S-2023 )
Transfer Fee: ₱100.00 ( Resolution No. 17C-S-2023 )
These adjustments have been carefully reviewed to guarantee that management can continue to deliver quality service and maintain the necessary resources to meet the need for water.
We encourage all concessionaires to settle any outstanding balances to avoid any disruption in your services. You can avoid incurring additional charges and potential service interruptions by paying your bills on time.

 WATER INTERRUPTION NOTICE
WHEN: September 02, 2024 (During power interruption only)
WHY: Due to Emergency Three-Phase Line Correction announced by the electrical service provider. Standby generator sets are required to limit continuous usage and give the unit rest to cool down if necessary to prevent further problems.
AFFECTED AREAS: Poblacion Brgys., Bitoon and Cantabon
